The Assessment Process
The WHC Assurance Assessment process is a comprehensive evaluation designed to measure an organization’s performance against internationally recognized benchmarks of quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
Our assessment model is both flexible and rigorous—allowing for a fair and transparent review regardless of size, type, or location of the organization.
Assessment Methodology
Step 1: Self-Evaluation – Participants complete a self-assessment guided by WHC criteria.
Step 2: Document Review – Review of operational policies, SOPs, and training records.
Step 3: On-site / Virtual Audit – Independent assessors evaluate service delivery and standards.
Step 4: Report & Recommendation – Detailed feedback with scores, strengths, and improvement areas.
Step 5: Certification Decision – Issuance of the WHC Assurance Mark based on evaluation results.
Our goal is not just assessment, but enabling lasting improvement and sustainable excellence.
